Online Payments


Overview

Setting up online payments will allow your customers to pay for orders online with a credit or debit card. The money will be securely deposited in the businesses account, much like in store card payments.

Through InstantOrder you can use a variety of credit card merchants. If you are using Stripe as the merchant, select Stripe as the processor. If using any other merchant go to Authorize.net.


How to set up Stripe

From the main administration page go to Online Payments.

In the online processors page, you will have the option to select Stripe or Authorize.net. The steps of setting up online payments are the same for each merchant. Many merchants can be set up through the Authorize.net framework, but only Stripe users can use the Stripe system. An example of a merchant that would use the Authorize.net framework would be Talus Payments.

Authorize.Net

First from the main administration page go to Online Payments. In the online processors page, you will have the option to select Stripe or Authorize.net.

This time we will select Authorize.net as our processor.

Under Authorize.Net Settings and next to Enable Love Mode Purchases select Connect Account.

Each of the empty fields that are shown on this page will be provided by the merchant. Fill out this page using the provided information and select Save Changes.

Finally, select the new drop down to the right of Enable Live Mode Purchase and choose Enabled. After saving these changes your system will be able to accept online payments.
